Great product, great support – I just bought this VANMASS Universal Car Phone Mount to replace the old holder for my wife since she just bought a new iphone thick cover. It’s little bit hard to pick good one on Amazon since there are so many options. I picked this one since it has very high rating and I am looking for new features like multi-scene design, extreme weather resistance, super suction power, extra pad for smooth surface, high durability, width bottom tray, deepest cradle for all thickness, and nice design. This one has them all! So I decided to give it a try. The shipment was quick and comes with very nice package. It has very nice design and feel like very solid product. Also I had some questions regarding the depth of the phone holder clamp arms, so I contacted the support for suggestions. They replied quickly within few hours showing very generous attitude toward my questions, willingness to help and provided some good recommendations. My wife is very happy, so I am very satisfied with this product and highly recommend for anyone who is looking for upgrade holder.

Great product and sturdy! – I’ve had my Car mount for over a year now and it has exceeded my expectations. The adhesive has yet to budge and is still sturdy. I had a small issue where i broke a piece of the attachment and Helen from customer service made it super easy for me to get a replacement. Would recommend if you need a car mount. I ended up buying one for my mom because she loved it so much.

For a broken item it lasted longer than i thought it did – I’ve had it for about a year now. Not long after I bought it the back button broke but I could still friction fit my phone. Then recently I was transferring it between cars and two of the screw in brackets holding it in the ball thing broke off. I’m still able to screw on the bolt but it’s now loss and I have to keep adjusting it when ever I take my phone off. It’s good but it wouldn’t last longer than 9-10 months

Good Quality Mount – This is the best product for holding a cell phone that I’ve used. Purchases for other mounts were too flimsy and the vent attachment was very crude. Although I was looking for a magnetic mount, I decided to try a holder instead. That’s mainly because the case I have is not smooth on the back and would likely create adhesion issues for any type of metal plate used for a magnetic type mount. This holder attached nicely to the vent in my SUV. Quite unique actually because the blades of the vent mount are wider than most with a rubberized pad and it is tightened with a locking switch. I plan to use the suction mount if the vent mount ever breaks but that likely will be a long time coming. I’d definitely buy from the same company again.

Excellent adhesion and suction! Great support! – I ordered this to use in a tractor trailer. I used the adhesive plate and the suction on the dash. It is on there! It’s not coming off without some force. I’ve tried to actually remove it. I’m sure I can when I really need it off but not going anywhere for now.

Good design, nice features – I bought this to replace a poorly performing vent holder (it kept falling off the vent). This holder is great! It can attach to a window, vent, or any flat, smooth surface. It has a sticky disc to form a base on a non-smooth surface. I bought mine to put on the window, but then I found that the vent attachment is simple and effective–it has a locking mechanism, and the attachment clip has a rubber surface so for a thick vent bar, like mine, it holds even without locking. The lockable ball joint on the phone holder allows pointing the phone in any direction. Using the vent clip, the phone holder cannot be extended out away from the vent. Not a problem for me. But on glass or other surface, the suction device can be extended out several inches to bring the phone closer to the driver. I would have used this option, as it seems very effective, but for now the vent attachments is sufficient. The very best feature, however, is the one-hand, push-button operation for opening the phone grip on the holder. No more steering with the knee while using two hands to get the phone into or out of the phone holder.

Great phone holder – It works perfectly on the windshield or your dash. Strong suction, but the adhesive wasn’t holding. I installed it in the cold so I’m going to heat up the car and the adhesive and it should hold. Overall very happy with purchase. You can set your phone in any direction that is most comfortable to you and the phone stays locked in.
