Not suited for Prius C – The device seemed fine but the clip wasn’t long enough to clip on my Prius C vents. The adhesive was also not strong enough to hold on the dashboard and I cleaned the dash with soap water and alcohol to get rid of debris and oils. Sad because the goose neck and magnet are perfect for what I was looking for.

Finally found perfection – This is the cream of the crop, what I’ve been looking for for a couple years i didnt think anyone made one this good so Ive settled multiple times for crappy ones. I took a chance on this one and I’m finally happy. I’ve had it for like a year now it is perfect and exactly what i need

Great magnet – Arm too short – This is a great mount so long as you have a vent with slats that aren’t very deep. If the retractable arm was half an inch longer it would be easily a 5 star mount. As is, I’ll give it 4 in hopes that they make that slight improvement.

So handy – don’t know how I did without! – No more need to worry what to do with my phone when I’m carrying it in my back pocket. My phone now has a designated spot in my car. Super convenient when using map-apps to navigate. Phone is super secure in place with the proper magnetic phone case.

I prefer the magnet for the ease of coming and going so much and wanted to keep from having to potentially damage the interior of the car with any adhesives. All the previous vent mounted holders I’ve used have been either damaging to the vent or not sturdy enough. This one has been my favorite of at least 15 different types I’ve tried over the years. Doesn’t work on Lincoln MKZ – It seems like these are will fit certain vehicles that have the right tolerance or vent depth. I bought two of these because it seem like the perfect solution but sadly it didn’t work on either of my vehicles. The plastic arm is too short when fully extended to fit on my Lincoln, making it useless. The same plastic arm is long when completely retracted to properly fit on the IS300. It works but it’s wobbly and just not a perfect fit. The fit issue for the IS300 can be fix by just adding a little bit of thickness to the back by using paper or several layers of tape. That will fix the issue for the IS300 but there is no modification that will make it fit in the MKZ.
