Great for Maps & YouTube Videos – Fits nicely in the driver door corner on vent. Easy in & out for my larger Samsung phone. Keep plugged into portable power pack on trips – small cutout for that.

Worth the money – This is the second time I have purchased this item. Tried other products, but this one has been the best so far. Very easy to install, stays put, and makes it easy to get your phone in and out in an ergonomic, quick way. My only complaint is that the plastic is not very solid between the clip mount to the phone mount. It’s basically 4 thin pieces of plastic holding the two together. My first one snapped after about 1-1/2 years of use. Tried another brand, which was a complete joke, nothing close to this product. I’ll take this one for another spin and will be more mindful of that one connection, so hopefully I get a little more use out of it.

Who knew – Just bought a new Galaxy 22 Ultra and decided I needed to do all I could to keep it well protected while driving. I also live in a hands free state where its illegal to hold a cell phone while driving. We have bought previous version of cell phone holders and all were junk and broke easily. I had my doubts about my vents holding this up. Box arrived and I was surprised how small it seemed. Right off it did look well made and padded to protect my large phone investment. I’m half blind so I couldn’t read the tiny print on the install instructions but I still figured it out easily. Once I figured out that it needed a slight push to insert the ball, all was good. Fully assembled it clips right into the vent. A couple of spins of the nut later its securely in place. Even in a dark garage it was an easy install. Time will tell if it holds tight and how much of my ac or heat will be compromised by some of the vent being covered but for now I’m very happy with this choice.

one minor grip is that it will block the vent right in front of you – Sturdy and very large. Does fit my old iPhone 6+ without the bulky protective case. it WILL block that important vent right in front of the driver. I wish these holders include some sort of air duct/baffle behind to re-direct air to the front. i am not sure how it will keep my phone cool with the usage of heat instead of AC. I guess I will find out in a few weeks. The other hassle I have is to remember to remove the bulky protective case before mounting the bare phone on the mount.
