Air Vent Mount Holds Phone Securely – This mounts on to your vehicle’s air vents. I drive a 2010 Acura TSX and it works just fine. It’s sturdy and holds my phone without danger of it falling, as I experienced with suction cup mounts. I think it’s a bit overpriced for what is essentially a dime’s worth of plastic. But it’s the engineering you’re paying for. That seems like a decent trade.

I just wished it included two metal hooks. Instead of one. My last one different brand had two and it kept it more stable over bumps etc. This one rattles around pretty good when you’re on a bumpy road etc.

I like it – I’m a little picky about what I want in a phone holder for my vehicle. Never been crazy about the vent style because they block the air/heat flow. This one is built out farther and using the arm I can swing it out to the side of the vent, so at least it doesn’t totally block the vent. Now the only thing is there is almost zero control to change the vent direction slats.

Finally one that works – I bought this holder as I have given up on suction style phone holders …every one is useless unless hanging from the windshield putting yet another thing messing up an unobstructed view of the roadway. The vent clip/ grip was something I now accept but I’m not crazy about it…it certainly works well I was able place in a manner that my vent was still reasonably functional…the game changer is the way this device holds the phone…kind of hard to describe but it’s fantastic. Drop the phone it grabs it, pull the phone out with a little bit of a rocking motion it releases the phone simple secure easy to use…simply the best ever
