Excellent Product – This product is highly recommended especially for the minimalist. It’s a quick and easy setup and the magnet is perfect! I have a heavy iPhone 13 Pro Max in a protective Magsafe case. I tested it driving my pickup truck over some terribly potholed roads and the phone never budged. This is my first mount that didn’t suction to the window. I’m very impressed!

Good idea, a couple of shortcomings for cheaper cars…. – Okay, the magnet on this phone holder is pretty good. It feels very strong, and attaches to the case with a satisfying strength. The mount, however, has a couple of issues. First of all, the arm for the magnetic ring is pretty short, so if you have a larger Max iphone you will need to be sure you have enough clearance when you adjust the phone to your viewing angle. The mount arm might still be angled too upward. This occurs on dashboards that are sort of rounded up (if that makes sense) like on my Scion. The ballhead will aloow some downward angle but there is no channel in the mount to allow the arm to go very far down. To be able to point further. That limits how you can angle the phone basically. It would be great if you could get 180 degree freedom with this mount, but since it can’t in some applications, you won’t be able to angle the phone downward enough to get a good viewing angle.
