Maybe for cooler climates – As soon as the weather warmer up it curled right off. This was for my weekend car so it not like it was constantly used or touched.

This is not reposition-able. Once you stick the decal, you can not move it. – I applied the decal and moved it down slightly and afterwards it would not stick at all. Ended up throwing it away because it fell off my steering wheel repeatedly.
