short life – These claim to have a 20 day normal time between charges. Not true. I supposed that all depends on how much night driving you do. Mine lost power no where near 20 days. You do alot of button pressing just to get the action desired.

Cheap! – Didn’t enjoy these for even a month. The batteries in them swelled and they stop working. (proubably do to the heat in the car) but none the less they did not hold up.

They are automatic, so they turn on and off by themselves. You can click them on, however one of the only negatives is that the lighting is very bright, and i am unable to turn them off manually.
