Not too big, not too small. – I wanted a smaller trash bin, not too big as I don’t have kids. This is great because it’s not rigid and does fold in if needed. I researched all the trash bins and read reviews. I’m not worried about retaining odors because I won’t use it for a food dump, just plastic bottles, or paper trash. If you have kids and lots of trash, get a bigger one. I usually only have 1-2 passengers at most, so it’s basically just for me. I like the netted pocket so I can put an extra water bottle in it and my dog drinking bottle. It holds about the size of a white plastic bag you get from acme. That’s plenty for me. I’m totally content with this product.
