Not a normal cover,more like elastic stretch on. – This is not a standard wheel cover. This is more of a stretch and elastic sort of material. Came in a small bag . Putting it on was really easy but it doesn’t feel the most comfortable gripwise since the material isn’t hugging the wheel. The color scheme is nice but thats about it.

Great cover – This is a nice cover for my steering wheel. It fits snug and does not move around when you turn the wheel. it’s made of an expandable cloth like material that fits the form of the wheel nicely. I have had stiffer ones in the past that were circular in design and they would fit around the wheel but also slide when you turned corners. This one does not do that. It is made of quality material that I think should last a long time.
