Contacted customer support and I was hoping they send me a replacement, but they offered me a %40 refund only. I have to tie the straps manually from the side with the missing hook.

Easy installation on 2004 Prius – Installation was quick and easy. For Prius (at least the second generation) and possibly other hatchback, don’t bother inserting the security flaps because there is no gap between the trunk door and the rear window. The side panel flaps provide sufficient security already.

No more ice scraper and perfectly cleared car come morning. I absolutely loved this and I boast to my neighbor who constantly asked where I got it and seems jealous. I did the whole snow shovel thing most my life… I love these things and recommend highly unless you like scrapping snow and ice off your car I mean.
