Functionality – Unfortunately for this phone holder the only problem that I’ve encountered. Has been the three buttons on the left side of my phone, the bottom one continuously gets pushed in, when I go to tighten the bars on each side of the holder. And of course it presses in and enables another message as if I’m trying to do another function on my phone. So I have to continuously take the phone off the holder hold it in my hand and then do the function that I’m trying to do. Which is screenshot. Because I drive Uber part-time. So I screenshot my different pickups and destinations. But that’s the only problem with this particular phone holder. But I did not realize that before I ordered it. So I may have to go and order another cell phone holder that doesn’t get in the way of the three buttons on the left side of my phone and I have a Verizon Android phone. The main reason I ordered this phone holder was because of the bottom two feet I call it that holds the phone when it slides down sometimes. So the two bottom footings are good to have on a cell phone holder. But it doesn’t line up with the two holders that comes with the phone holder that can be adjusted to the height of the three buttons or knobs on the side of your cell. I even tried pushing the two-footers up some so that wouldn’t would not have contact with the button and it was not agreeing with me.

Hold phone great and sticks to a textured dash well – Arrived on time, easy to follow instructions. Was concerned at first of suction to the dash of my tahoe with it having a texture. But so far going across somewhat rough roads it has a little bounce but stays put and works great.

Great customer service! – I have been wanting a car mount for my phone for a long time now. Most others are not sturdy, don’t suction well, or are too small for my phone and case. This model is so easy to use and securely fits my phone and pop socket case. The customer service team had reached out after noticing that my package was taking longer than usual to arrive. They put in an order for a new one and it was shipped and delivered immediately.

sturdy and easy to install – I saw multiple reviews on this cell phone holder and I was a little worried that it would not work well for me, but it had a lot of the components I was looking for. Easy to assemble, no need to mess with the car vents, adjustable for best viewing option. I followed the installation instructions to the letter and after months of use (I use it at least once a day as I have a 30-40 minute commute) I find that it works perfectly for my needs. It is easy to put my phone in and out of it and while it does need an occasional tightening of the screws that hold the arm (I’m sure from the constant rattling of a moving car) it has been pretty maintenance free. I would recommend this cell phone holder and would buy it again for myself.
