Bulky – It’s is a great concept, I would just like it to not be as tall or bulky.

Works – I have a Lexus NX300. I have been trying for a year to find a cell phone holder that suits me. This does what I need it to. I was a little skeptical of the multi-ringed rubber attachment, put was pleasantly surprised that it works quite well and provides a solid mount for my iPhone 13 Pro Max with Zagg cover. But the phone and cover just BARELY fit. I mean, how much would it cost to add another ⅛”? The linear adjustment could stand a little more adjustment too. It took a little playing around to get it adjusted to where it served its purpose and still allowed me to reach the shifter. Your mileage my vary.

Fully Met Need – I had been looking for a good phone holder that didn’t attach to the window or dashboard nor take away from my cup holders. So far, this item has fully met my need. Overall it is sturdy and seems like it will hold up for a long time. I usually drive with a large Yeti with water and a smaller Yeti with coffee – the cup holder provided on the device will hold either size. The phone holder secures the phone on 3 sides and leaves room to plug the charger into the phone. The adjustable arm allows you to position the phone wherever you need it. There is barely any “wobble” to the phone when driving. Overall, the device is a little “bulky” – but, I will take that for the sturdiness and usefulness. One thing I would recommend to the company – there are 3 little holes near the base of the arm, make one of them a bit larger so you can put the charger cord through the hole – it would allow the cord to be a bit more “out of the way” while driving. Other than that – I highly recommend this phone/cup holder.

This thing is HUGE! – The cup part of this is HUGE! I returned it because the clasps to hold the phone would not function correctly. I have iPhone 12 max pro. Also, the nut bolt that you turn to hold the phone holder prevents the phone from standing straight up and down. I could not get it at an angle where I could clearly see the screen while driving. I had to return it.
