Don’t give up if it doesn’t stick! – My dash has a slight texture where this needed to be mounted. The adhesive pads included weren’t up to the task but I’d seen someone say they’d used Gorilla double-sided tape with success. I picked up a roll and it did the trick. I’m now very pleased with the holder overall. It’s WAY better than the vent holder I was trying to make work.

Holds My GPS Unit Perfectly – I purchased the magnetic mount to hold my GPS unit to my car dash. The adhesion material has held up great for the two plus months its been mounted on my dash. I live in the dessert so its been exposed to some extreme heat and is holding steady. The metal discs that came with it came in handy. I did have to drill a hole in the center of one of the discs to make it work for my scenario. It holds snuggly. I purchase this mount because I wanted to be be able to pop my GPS unit off so that it would not be visible when I’m not in my vehicle. So far, I am very satisfied with this purchase.
