Broke a year later – Great for the value and worked great. I bought it November 2021 and it broke today (1 year later) at the part that attaches to the vent. I drive a lot and have put it through agreat amount of use. I’m buying another one today.

Cool… – I am in my car a lot. The car I currently have has strange vent placement, so when i use my window suction holder, the phone sits in the sun and gets way overheated. For this reason I prefer to have my phone where it is bmnear a vent so I can blow AC on it to keep temps down, as I’m in the car using my phone 6 to 14 hours a day. So I decided to give this a try. It works great. I just have to get used to the phone being below the dash and not over it. My only negative opinion is a small one, it “shakes” a bit when driving, so that is annoying trying to focus on directions that are “vibrating” in front of you. However, I will say the vibration shaking is not as bad as some “suction cup arm” phone holders I’ve tried.

It has a hook that grabs onto the air vent slat and then you twist a handle that shortens the hook until it’s secure. No adhesive and it is not flimsy! The magnet connector can also be adjusted as needed by loosening and tightening the ball joint connection. It’s really great and easy to use! I highly recommend it!

Managed to make it fit, but vent is no longer adjustable – It works, but I wish I’d chosen something else. I have an old Suzuki Grand Vitara and I was able to force it in between the horizontal slats and the inner vertical slats. Hopefully it doesn’t end up breaking the inner slats. The vent it’s attached to is no longer adjustable. Fortunately, I rarely have a passenger, so it isn’t a huge issue, but we’ll see once winter hits. I may be wanting both vents aiming at me.
