Try and get it on. – It was a real struggle to get this thing on. I had to hide one end with a butter knife around so the edges would slip in. That how tight this thing is. But when it’s on it’s on. It’s a thin black shiny vinyl like plastic with a cloth material inside. It’s not a thick rubber case type of cover. I don’t think a drop from a very high place will give it much protection but from hip high it should be ok. If you want to use the key the whole case has to come off. That’s why if you use your key a lot this case isn’t for you.

Beautiful Blue – I really like this cover. It has been a couple months since I’ve been using and it’s holding up well. It does not add bulk at all to the fob. Color is beautiful. A Bluish teal.
