Phone will not fall from vent but sure is not sturdy – The product connects perfectly to the vent. However it has so much play when taking turns the phone is secure and all but moves left and right all the time as your taking turns.

Good purchase! – I was not disappointed when this purchase came in the mail. It was super easy to install, and it has maintained both position and location since I put it into my vehicle. Unless you’re bothered by the slight bulkiness of the phone holder, I would totally suggest this to someone who is looking for something to hold up their phone whilst driving! My phone popped out of it once, but that has been my only issue so far! Get this!

Does not fit a Pop Wallet – I cannot confirm if this item works well as I was not able to get my phone as I use it into the holder. I have a phone case, and a pop wallet with a pop socket on my phone which is not a set up compatible with this holder. I can say it fits a phone with just a case and a phone with just a pop wallet if you take off the pop socket, so if just have a pop socket or wallet this item should work for you. Sadly I have all three and have no plans to change the set up so this product did not work for me. I gave 4 stars as they did list 0.6 inches as the compatible size but I was more focused on the pop socket and a wallet case as being compatible with this holder and did not notice that until after (for knowledge a speck case, and pop wallet with a closed popsocket is about 1 inch). Hopefully this review will push them to update their listing to include what is not compatible.

The whole package is really well made and packed in a premium box; it feels like you’re getting something more expensive than just a $7 bux cheap phone mount.

Honest review! – Keep that in mind, before purchasing this. That this car mount is specifically made to mount your phone on the air vent right ? I would say the hook that is supposed to grab the phone by the vent is not that tight, even though its very sturdy and has a great quality built material. For me next time Id rather choose car mounts other than that sticks to the air vent. Because your phone has a cover, modern iphones like mines are heavy with cover. The mont gets loose over time, but if the crank grabs it with luck ( this part is understandable for buyers only lol ) then it stays there. I would say the product is 4.0
