Excelent customer support – This is a follow up to my one star review. As others reviews mine didn’t stick to the dashboard and fell off. I was contacted by someone from customer service asking me what went wrong. I explained to her and she asked me to send a photo of my dashboard which I did. She explained to me that the material of my dashboard made it hard to stick so she sent me a dashboard pad and a new cup to replace the old one. It arrived and I followed her instructions and I have it for almost 2 months using it and it really stick to my dashboard. Thank you Vanmass for your support.

Awesome customer service and product – I had a issue with the product and customer support was very responsive and refunded me the money since this product was not working for me as I had pop socket on my phone case which made it a lot thicker for the holder to get a good grip. It will work fantastic without pop socket.

Adjustable height for your convenience, adjusts to fit most phones. Easy one touch release button. I have to use my phone’s GPS on a daily basis, so this mount comes in very handy! Great, well built, phone mount! – I actually bought eight mounts at the same time because I had broken yet another one that I grew to know and love. Some of them were much cheaper than this one, and some were more expensive. This was the ONLY one that worked well, had great adhesion that was non-permanent, and didn’t look like a small toy. Hopefully this one will last long enough to also enter my heart. After hitting it several times dragging items from the passenger seat to the driver’s side, I’m sure it will. Still no damage.

Great customer service!! – So I ordered this product when I got it , it would stick to dashboard because of bumps on dashboard , so I got ahold of customer service and with in 3 day they had sent me a adhesive disc free of charge that stuck right to dashboard now im in busy . They did great on helping me out !! Can’t say enough on there help would definitely purchase from them again !!!

Easy to install and sticks great – I got this since my steering wheel is over my car vent so using the vent clip kind of holder doesn’t work. This is really easy to set up and get adjustwd. I’ve been using it for weeks, and it’s been great. The buttons to release the phone work perfectly and automatically open once you click the button.
