Works Great On My Old Vehicle – After looking at my local auto parts store and not finding anything that would work on my old vehicle, I found this. I have a 2005 Honda CRV and this works great. I had to do a little adjusting and turned the hook a couple of different ways to find a good fit. With our bumpy roads, it held in place very well and seems to be well made. Now I can use my phone for GPS since my old Garmin is pretty useless in giving accurate directions. I did see some mounts that were much less expensive but thought they may be too flimsy. As many have mentioned, the seller contacted me the day after I received it and wanted to make sure everything was working well. If it wasn’t, they were very willing to do everything they can to make it work correctly. I would definitely recommend this product.

Amazingly Wonderful Service – I bought a phone mount from VANMASS and had to return it, not because there was a problem with the product, but because my 2011 Prius has an odd central vent, and I could not attach the mount to it. After I returned it, a representative named Alice contacted me and asked why I had returned it. I explained the situation, and I sent a photo of the vent. Alice worked with me and sent a new mount that attached differently and worked on my Prius.
