Strong and Sturdy and great customer service – I was looking for a phone holder with a strong suction cup and one that would not melt in heat. The VANMASS was the perfect match. It is very nicely packaged and very easy to install and stable. It comes with a vet attachment that surprisingly is very strong and sturdy. I contacted the customer service with a question regarding other mounts and received very fast response (within a few seconds). I am very pleased with this mount and the quality.

Customer Service is amazing and helped me find the best fitting mount. – Vanmass has so many different mount models that after cross-comparing I ultimately went with this because of the suction cup and the metal hook vent clip. Unfortunately my phone case with the popsocket base (not the actual interchangeable popsocket) was too thick for the depth of this particular mount and I couldn’t keep my phone stable on the holder with some test shakes. I have a Galaxy 20 FE for reference with a thin jelly/TPU case… After returning this, the Vanmass customer service team reached out to me to see if I had trouble or to offer a substitute product. After discussing my concern with the holder’s depth, they sent me another model to test out and that mount holds with the case and popsocket base beautifully. It’s super refreshing to know that the customer service team really strives to support us with any issue that arises. I was not expecting anything after returning my initial mount, but I’m sure glad they reached out and that my search for a great mount is over.

Great mount – Be careful mounting the Included disc. I had a lot of trouble getting it to mount onto my dash, and the suction of the arm attachment is very strong and pulled it right off.

Holds phone securely – Excellent product! Mine is mounted to the vent clip. Its design is ingenious and doesn’t just clip to the front of the vent like others. It is super sturdy and easy to adjust making it perfect for using a Navigation app.

I placed my item on my dashboard and needed to move it but it would not stick in the new location so I returned it. Please note I did not use the one time use sticky circle because I was afraid it would mess my dash up. This version had a base that you spin a little bit to lock the suction cup down.

Great Product – This is the best cell phone holder yet. I use this at work and have been pleasantly impressed with this product. I installed the suction to the windshield and expected it to fall off since I have an iPhone Pro Max and it weighs a lot. But it has held up perfectly so far for the last couple of months.
