It’s sucks, and that’s a good thing! – I installed this using the suction cup to attach it to my windshield. It’s worked great so far and hasn’t come off unless I wanted it off, but we’ll see how it does after another hot summer. The suction cup on the last holder I had melted into goo and the whole thing slid down the window.

Amazing customer service – The first mount I received did not work very well, but after some research I realized it’s because of the slight roundness of my dashboard. It does not lay flat to stick the mount on. I decided to use it in the vent, and it works perfectly. The customer service team helped fix the issue immediately. I have never received this type of customer service from an Amazon seller before. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

The design is over all well made and a nice product and was sad to have to return it.
