Great customer service – I bought 2 of these in may of this year, they were very easy to install and held my phones great. Earlier this month the one in my work truck broke. I contacted the seller thru Amazon, and received a response the next day from Krista at the Vanmass Support Team. She stated they were going to replace the unit and asked for my mailing address.

Great stand! Easy to use and very convenient – This stand has made following the navigation system on my phone so much easier and safer! I can’t imagine driving without one now. I also had a slight problem with my order and VANMASS provided quick and amazing customer service. They readily helped me solve my issues in no time. I’ve had the stand for a while now and have had zero problems. The suction power/adhesion is great, even in very high or low temperatures. It also has several different joints that make it easy to have my phone exactly where I want it.

Also, my phone rocked a little bit in the holder. Might not have bothered most but it bothered me. I requested a return and it was granted without issue. What ABSOLUTELY blew me away was the customer service that followed!!! The VANMASS Store is TOP NOTCH! First, they apologized that I had a less than stellar experience. Secondly, they asked what they could do to make it right asking me detailed questions to get to know me, my needs/expectations. Next, they sent another product to me and asked for me to provide feedback. Well…they listened and the new one was PERFECTION!!!!! I could go on and on about this company. Customer Service is a thing of the past but not with VANMASS Store!!!! I wish they sold so many more items because they would have a loyal customer in me for life!! Thank-you VANMASS!!!!!
